IT'S JUST MILK
We gently pasteurise our own milk right here on Brookvale Farm, County Down, cutting out all the miles and processing your regular supermarket milk encounters.
Our milk is gently pasteurised at a lower temperature and for longer periods of time than modern methods to preserve texture, creaminess and all the healthy goodness we don't want to miss out on. The whole process from cow to refrigeration takes around 24 hours.
You can enjoy your milk with the cream on top or simply shake your bottle to mix.
