4oz self raising flour
4oz butter (softened)
4oz caster sugar
2 eggs
6tbsp strawberries and cream milkshake
Pinch of salt
Pink food colouring (optional)
1tsp baking powder
Frosting
4oz butter (softened)
5oz icing sugar
4tbsp strawberry flavour milk powder (Nesquik)
3-4 tbsp strawberries & cream milkshake
Pinch of salt
Directions
Add all cupcake ingredients to a bowl and beat for 3 minutes. For frosting beat all ingredients together and pipe onto cupcakes.
Makes 6 large cupcakes or 12 small cupcakes
Oven bake 180 degrees celcius
Large Cupcakes for 20 - 22mins
Small Cupcakes for 13 - 15mins
